Join us as an Early Career Programme Co-ordinator

In this creative role, you'll support the implementation of Early Career programmes across NatWest Markets (NWM)
We'll look to you to take ownership of core processes and operations across the programme lifecycle
It's an opportunity to build relationships across Early Careers and the rest of the bank, giving you and your work great exposure

What you'll do:

As an Early Careers Programme Co-ordinator, you'll support the Early Careers Leads to deliver learning & development programmes for junior colleagues across NWM.

We'll look to you to represent Early Careers in any business-facing interactions and support the management of steering groups.

You'll also:

Provide regular MI and track costs effectively
Support with wider NWM business management and administrative activities
Deliver line manager training, inductions, learning modules and business specific technical training
Project manage core processes such as placements, calibrations and roll off

The skills you'll need:

To be successful in this role, you'll need knowledge of the Early Career market, coupled with project management skills and the ability to build excellent working relationships.
