Marks Sattin are working in partnership with a rapidly expanding engineering business based in Bristol to recruit an International Tax Manager.

A great time to join the business and take ownership of the group tax function including all tax requirementsand statutory reporting.

This role reports to the CFO and is highly visible within the wider business.


This role will be paying between £70k to £90k per annum with hybrid working options (remote may be considered) and career progression opportunities.


International Tax Manager Key Responsibilities:


  • Ownership of the group international tax compliance including both direct and indirect tax
  • Review and set tax policies for the group
  • Corporation Tax filings, guidance and forecasting
  • Review and submission of VAT for entities within Europe, Asia and Middle East
  • Oversee the preparation of transfer pricing documents
  • Management and development of 1 direct report

Key Skills and Experience

  • Ideally qualified through relevant tax qualification
  • Evidenced international tax experience within a multientity structure
  • Ability to provide guidance with a commercially astute approach
