Our financial services client is seeking a Customer Complaint Coordinator to join their existing team.
Extensive training will be offered, and this will be great opportunity for you to gain experience within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities for the Customer Complaint Coordinator include:
- Investigate complaints competently, diligently, and impartially, to determine liability.
- Review investigations to determine fair outcomes and compose Final Response Letters for sign off.
- Manage the full complaint lifecycle, keeping to deadlines in keeping with complaint procedure.
- Respond to complaints both in writing and verbally, delivering excellent customer service
- Maintain regular and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, seeking to always manage expectations.
- Ensure inbound calls for Customer Care and Collections department overflow are handled timely and effectively.
- Continually strive to build strong relationships with brokers, dealers, internal teams, and customers.
Skills and Experience required from the Customer Complaint Coordinator include:
- Experience in independently handling complaints and customer dissatisfactions from beginning to resolution.
- Experience of writing bespoke customer communications in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Experience of working assigned cases in line with SLAs.
- Experience within financial services is desirable but not essential.
