Interim Financial Controller - Circa £500 per day LTD - Oxford - 6 Months

My private equity backed client has a pending requirement for an Interim Financial Controller to join their team for a period of 6 months, the role will cover them to lead their year end audit and support a period of internal developmental change, drivingprocess improvement.

Reporting directly to the CFO the Interim Financial Controller role is responsible for all group reporting activity and the management of the transactional team.

Interim Financial Controller - Key responsibilities

Transactional and Financial Accounting team management.
Overall responsibility for UK and European accounts.
Delivering the year end audit.
Liaising with external auditors.
Process improvement.
Statutory reporting and compliance.
Driving continuous improvement.
Management accounting.
Partnering the executive team as required
ACA, CIMA or ACCA Qualified.
A strong technical skillset.
Significant team management experience.
Delivering with in a change environment.
Managing a team through change.
Able to work well under pressure.
A genuine selfstarter.
Calm and collaborative.
Able to challenge.
