Description
We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic and motivational person to join and manage our team.

As part of your role you will need to oversee the front-of-house operations of our pub/restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive high-quality service and that the restaurant runs smoothly.

  • Other duties will include, helping your team manage reservations and respond to customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone.
  • Training your team on restaurant processes and on how to greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • To manage wet stock including cellar management.


You will need to be flexible with rotas, be available at short notice and be available all weekends and evenings.

Experience is essential for this role.


Salary:
From £10.42 per hour
