Extra Care Charitable Trust, are recruiting now

Would you like to join our team to support the delivery of a domiciliary
care service to our residents?

We provide a domiciliary care service all under one roof. No more travelling

Benefits:

Golden Hello for all new care assistant starters of £500 (Criteria applies) 33 days annual leave (FTE) pro rata for part time, buy and sell holiday, free Life Insurance, cycle2work scheme, cash rewards for good attendance, free use of onsite gym, ongoing training and development.


Hours: 36 hours per week - Permanent Contract -

Shifts: 7 days rolling rora (Must to be able to do a mixed of early, late shifts and weekends).

Salary:
£10.20

As a
Care Assistant, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:

  • Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
  • Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and wellbeing of our residents
  • Encourage independence and selfbelief
  • Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.

Care Assistant Person Specification

  • Qualified at Level 2, or equivalent, or hold the Care certificate with relevant transferable experience
  • Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
  • Passionate about delivering a quality care service
  • Flexible with hours.
