The Role - Purchasing Administrator (WFH)Salary - £20,000K
Location - Fully remote working (initial 3 week training period in Glasgow city centre non negotiable)
Hours - Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30 pm
We have a newly released role for a Purchasing Administrator to join our rapidly growing client specialising in B2B retail sales.
The initial training period for this role will be office based however the role will be based remotely and you will enjoy the benefits of not commuting during rush hour from both a time and cost perspective.
To be successful in this role you must have strong communication skills and have a keen eye for numbers and detail.
Working alongside the Finance team the main function of the role will be to check orders are correct and to act as the go between for both the supplier and the client.

- Processing new orders on in house system
- Ensuring any special delivery instructions are actioned
- Act as the point of contact for the supplier and customer to ensure a seamless transaction and delivery of products
- Ensure orders are confirmed by the supplier and check delivery dates against SLA's
- Checking PO numbers are accurate and dealing with any discrepancies
- Tracking delivery data and ensuring customer is kept up to date
- Building relationships with suppliers
- Have good attention to detail
- Have strong communication skills
- Be Proficient in MS office suite intermediate proficiency with Outlook & Excel (desirable)
- Have previous Purchasing or Sales Administration experience
- Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment
