Key Responsibilities
- To develop and maintain the positive image of the centre in its location.
- To maintain an awareness of and report to the Line Manager / surveyor all local issues that may impact on the value of the centre.
- To create and maintain good relationships with all tenants through provision of a both proactive and responsive service.
- To collate specific trading information from retailers for client reports.
- To maintain and develop good relationships with the local authority and any other representative bodies associated with the centre.
- To occasionally act as duty manager in centre manager's absence.
- To engage and work with the local communities and assist with all ESG initiatives.
- To manage service charge spend through effective use of Yardi system (raising of Purchase Orders for goods and services, verifying invoices for goods and service relating to the site and processing for payment). To monitor spend to date against budget and advise surveyor/centre manager of any areas of concern.
- To maintain records of accidents/incidents in the centre.
- To assist in producing, monthly and quarterly reports on all aspects of centre performance for client.
Other Skills and/or Abilities
- Capable of working with internal and external teams/suppliers
- Microsoft Office Suites
- Intermediate level
- Organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to achieve high standards of work with mínimal supervision
- Articulate professional with ability to multitask, effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a highpressure environment
- Highly organized. Strong problemsolving skills. Highly adaptable and flexible. Ability to work independently with little supervision
