HSE Business Partner
Comton Group are pleased to be recruiting for a HSE Business Partner to work out of a market leading manufacturing company in Birmingham, Coleshill


Hours:
Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm (Midday finish on a Friday)


Salary:
up to £36,000

Our Client is one of the largest manufacturing companies in the UK, with also having sites internationally. Supplying the Automotive industry they have some of the most prestigious and global customers worldwide.

You will be responsible for:_

  • Responsible for ensuring all Environmental, Health & Safety Welfare legislation for entire group
  • Implementing HS&E procedures are implemented and adhered to by completing inspections
  • Maintain all elements of HSE including accident stats, Risk / CoSHHH assessments
  • Communicate HSE related issues through all levels of the business, assisting to coach and motivate employees with regards to HSE
  • Travel to other sites within the group (Midlands based) to complete ISO audits and attend EHS meetings as required
  • Chair HSE committee meetings
  • Implement and maintain all requirements of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards
  • Be Nebosh qualified (Essential)
  • Manufacturing background (5 years ideally)
  • Strong HSE experience
  • Confident to communicate and chair meetings in regards to HSE
  • Full driving licence
  • Have the ability to hold Toolbox talks
  • Aware of various ISO Standards

£36,000.00 per year
