The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Contracts Solicitor (5+ years' PQE) to join its Oxford office.

The Commercial Contracts Solicitor will join a busy team of Commercial Solicitors and must have a solid track record of Commercial Contracts experience withthe drive to generate new business for yourself and the team.

As a fee earner they will offer you a wide range of commercial matters, including manufacturing, distribution, agency, licensing, franchise, supply and outsourcing agreements, terms and conditions of sale and supply, website policies and various media agreements.


  • Supporting a wide variety of clients ranging from technology startups and farming enterprises to international retail brands, multinational supermarkets and array construction and industrial groups.
