Delivering top notch Customer Service to highly valued customers is at the heart of this Customer Retention Advisors role.

You'll use your ability to connect with clients establishing a rapport to enable the continuation of the customer subscriptions tothe company's software program and it takes skill, confidence, outstanding communication skills plus equally strong administration ability.

Paying a salary between £25,000 - £30,000 for this fixed term contract of up to 1 year with great additional benefits that we'd be happy to tell you about, this role also gives you very real entry to further progression within the company, working an alternatingrota (wk - 9am-5pm, wk am-4.30pm) Monday to Friday.


Role Responsibilities

  • Proactively communicate with customers to ascertain the reason for the subscription cancellation, establishing in the process, a positive retention plan
  • Answer inbound customer queries pertaining to their subscription and support with outbound collection calls regarding subscriptions
  • Process all administration pertaining to customer subscriptions, including compliant and agreed plans
  • Ensure the collection of the subscription, by agreed means, including setting up Direct Debits

What we require from you

  • A minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience, gained in an office setting, is something that will put you ahead of the game
  • Very confident in your Excel and other Microsoft package ability
  • Assertive and confident communication skills along with the natural ability prioritise your workload
