**DERBY - Recruitment Consultant - Professional sector
- up to £32k + comm**.

You will be joining a very busy team at this specialist recruitment agency in Derby.

With a large volume of called-in business from major accounts you will have initial vacancies to work on whilst prospecting as a 360 Consultant.

You will ideally have previous experience of sourcing and placing White Collar staff, plus a proven ability to generate new client relationships through carefully targeted sales activity.

Package - Recruitment Consultant

Basic of c.£32k

Generous commission scheme
Experienced as a Recruitment Consultant

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

The ability to manage and prioritise a demanding workload

The ability to cooperate and communicate well as part of a team

You will be joining a friendly, open team where the environment is relaxed but professional and not dictated by KPI's.

Hybrid working can extend to only one day in the Derby office.
