- 9 Month Contract
Gleeson Recruitment have exclusively been instructed to hire a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a family run business based in Lichfield.
This role will be a fixed term contract for a minimum of 9 months with an opportunity to go permanent if this business continuesto move in the same direction.
Purchase Ledger Clerk Duties:
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices via a twoway matching system
- Auditing invoices via reconciling delivery notes
- Proactive query management and resolution for supplier accounts
- Communicating with relevant suppliers to process invoicing or payment queries.
- Supplier reconciliation and resolution
- Ensure accounts up to date and accurate.
- Working to monthly deadlines set within procedures.
