Night Shifts

Hours:
Full Time -8pm -8am on a rolling rota of 3 shift on 3 shifts off

for one of our very established clients._

This traditional Victorian house offers a charming and relaxing environment to all residents, it can accommodate up to 46 residents who require Residential and Personal Care.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Senior Health Care Assistant (Residential Care):

  • Acting as a positive role model; provide effective supervision and guidance for the team; contribute towards their performance and professional development
  • Communicating any concerns to senior management
  • Ensuring the implementation of individual care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed
  • Providing practical support and responsive care to residents who require assistance with personal care needs
  • Observing and monitoring the wellbeing of residents, ensuring that any changes are referred and documented
  • Monitoring and allocating work for HCAs
  • Developing and maintaining a good professional relationship with residents, colleagues and visitors
  • Undertake administration of medication training and administer medication to residents

Requirements for the Senior Health Care Assistant (Residential Care)

  • Have a Level 2 Health & Social Care, Level 3 is desirable
  • Have previous care experience
