Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Specialist to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is looking to add a Mortgage Servicing Specialist to their team, where you will be required to play a pivotal part in the team servicing customer loans, working closely with the servicing team to ensure the seamless management of loans.

This is the ideal role for someone looking for the next step in their career, and someone with previous experience in the Mortgage / Lending sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Servicing team and Technical Manager with daily operations
Provide timely, accurate and appropriate responses to telephone calls, enquiries and any other correspondence or queries
Build working relationships with all third parties, including servicers, solicitors, valuers and auctioneers
Input, update and maintain internal systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Manage complex loan and mortgage enquiries
Auditing and daily management of missed payments and arrears
Assist with reporting, data handling and general administration within the Servicing team

Key Experience:

Strong understanding of processes, procedures and regulatory guidelines
Ability to analyse and provide solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good decision making, with the ability to use your initiative in pressured situations
