Working for a well-established and ever-expanding employer based in East Leeds, this temporary role is immediate with the opportunity to become permanent.
They are looking for an experienced Administrator to show their organisational skills and accuracy to detail. The role will initially be 2 months commitment with the possibility of being extended to a permanent role.You will be responsible for the support, coordination and administrative duties for a fast-paced team.
You will generally be creating quotations, coordinating with service team and engineers, processing paperwork and answering some incoming calls during busy periods.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties for the service team
- Scheduling meetings and training events
- Answering customer enquires and processing requests
- Providing all follow up communication for customers, keeping them up to date with the entire process
- Perform data entry tasks and keeping all systems up to date
- Completing everything in an efficient, timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensuring all health and safety documents are completed
Requirements:
- Customer service focused
- Good accuracy to detail
- Organisational skills
- Computer literate, particularly Microsoft Word / Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience on the phone desired
Hours: 37.5 hours / Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 5:30pm with an hour lunch break and flexibility in hours.
Rates:
£11 per hour
