Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Cleaner/Caretaker to join our team in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our clients premises.

Working 32.5 hours with additional hours paid for any call outs, the role involves commercial cleaning duties and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Duties:

Perform commercial cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of the premises
Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed
Locking and unlocking of premises and other caretaking duties
Occasional out of hours response, allowence paid for this

Requirements:

Proven experience in commercial cleaning is essential
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Attention to detail and thoroughness in tasks
Good physical health to handle cleaning equipment and perform tasks
Strong communication skills to liaise with colleagues and report issues promptly

DBS check will be required
