1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with additional needs at dynamic schools located in Folkestone and Ashford. The selected applicants will have the opportunity to nurture young pupils on their academic journey on a 1:1 basis, encouraging them to learn and reach their maximum potential with a positive attitude.

, you will be expected to:

Make learning enjoyable and encourage lesson engagement
Support each child and their individual needs
Build a strong relationship with every pupil to ensure they achieve their potential
