The Role you will be doing:

  • Initiate outbound sales by calling new businesses, as well as using warm lead lists to contact existing customers to up sell/cross sell into premium services.
  • Educate customers on product offerings and services to gain interest in the company software to create an opportunity for the Account Sales Executives to close the sale.
  • Identify customer issues and provides appropriate solutions of products.
  • Consistently meets generation opportunity goals, as well as sales close rate percentage while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Continued product education to better service customer calls.
  • Maintain accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker and CRM system.
  • Manage Inbound sales calls, securing and placing sales orders as well as identifying sales opportunities to pass to the Sales Executives for further qualification and deal closure.

About you;

  • Outbound Sales Experience is essential
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise in a highvolume, fast paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and telesales skills
  • Experience with Web Based Applications, Sales automation tools and Windows
  • Outgoing Personality and professional aptitude
  • Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving and decisionmaking skills
