Are you tech savvy, numerically minded and a bit of an Excel Whizz? Do you thrive in a busy work environment? If so, we are seeking an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join a public sector supplier based in Exeter.

As the Purchasing Administrator you will work within the operations team and be a key part of the buying and logistics team.


Purchasing Administrator responsibilities include:
-


  • Managing client orders and stock levels, calculating margins and pricing
  • Assist the purchasing manager in maintaining the pricing system
  • Maintain the CRM platform
  • Track industry trends and identify opportunities
  • Analyse current strategies and use the data as a basis for future engagement

Purchasing Administrator requirements include:
-


  • Previous experience in a similar role understanding margins, pricing and able to use Excel with confidence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team orientated, good sense of humour
  • Strong analytical skills, numeric
- iMac experience would be advantageous
