We have an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Planning Team Leader to join the Workforce Planning Team on a temporary basis until 31st March 2025.
As a Workforce Planning Team Leader you will:
- Oversee the moves, transfers and posting of officers and staff across the force
- Provide expert advice and guidance to other users of the ERP & Duties Systems
- Provide first level supervision
- Take a lead role in the upkeep of HR and Duties Systems
Skills and experience:
- Ability to supervise a team, ensuring standards are adhered to and expectations managed accordingly
- Skilled in engaging a diverse range of stakeholders, building relationships that are based on trust, working collaboratively and to improve the employee experience and align to the organisations values
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, often with heavy workloads
- Experience of working in a fast pace environment, often dealing with change in priority
