Grade 5 from: £28,250 to £29,689 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £32,113 per annum inclusive of London Weighting.

(Pro-rata if Part-time)

The College of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences is seeking to appoint a Student Programmes Administrator to join our Taught Programmes Office (TPO) within the Department of Health Sciences.

Working with a team in an open plan office environment, your main duties will involve:

  • Delivering a student-focused service that is consistently professional, welcoming, reliable, accessible and effective
  • Providing support and / or guidance on a range of studentfacing administration functions in accordance with existing procedures
  • Triaging and signposting student issues and concerns quickly and effectively, referring them to the relevant individual or team for resolution
  • Dealing with academic enquiries regarding students or programme information
  • Day to day maintenance of student records
  • Processing student results
  • Supporting departmental committees
  • Monitoring student engagement and compliance with visa requirements
  • Working with and supporting the College's Assessment and Curriculum Office
