Description

Just Learn are looking for a EAL Support Worker to work at their Wallington site, Monday to Friday during school hours from 9.00am to 3.30pm.

Duties:

Provide oneonone or small group support to students yr olds).
Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of each student.
Assess student's learning needs and create personalized learning goals.
Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote a positive learning environment.
Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport with students and their families.
Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student.
Knowledge of various teaching techniques and strategies for different learning styles.
Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting and maintain discipline.
Proficient in using educational technology tools for instruction.

Preferred Qualifications:

Must have EAL support work experience in working with children or students in a tutoring or educational setting.

Salary:
£12.50-£15.00 per hour
