My client who is based in central Southampton is looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join their team.

Description
As the Customer Service Team Leader you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Manager with the daily running of the Customer Service team ensuring all standards are met
  • Coaching staff and supporting their learning and development with regular one to one's
  • Support with inbound customer calls
  • Drive incentives and initiatives as directed
  • Assist with recruiting for the customer service team
  • Support in emergency situations as required
  • Assist in resolving queries which have been escalated
  • Support in developing procedures within the team to ensure continuous improvement

Profile
In order to be considered for the role you will:

  • Have previous customer service experience
  • Ideally have previously led a team in a managerial role
  • Must be IT literate
  • Must have great communication and leadership skills
