Description
As the Customer Service Team Leader you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Manager with the daily running of the Customer Service team ensuring all standards are met
- Coaching staff and supporting their learning and development with regular one to one's
- Support with inbound customer calls
- Drive incentives and initiatives as directed
- Assist with recruiting for the customer service team
- Support in emergency situations as required
- Assist in resolving queries which have been escalated
- Support in developing procedures within the team to ensure continuous improvement
Profile
In order to be considered for the role you will:
- Have previous customer service experience
- Ideally have previously led a team in a managerial role
- Must be IT literate
- Must have great communication and leadership skills
