Vehicle Inspector - Part Time:

On-site - BCA Paddock Wood - Kent

3 days a week Mon, Wed, Fri

Salary is £15,900 for the three day week (£26,500 equivalent)

With a head office based centrally in Birmingham, BCA Logistics is a provider of vehicle inspection, collection & delivery services within the automotive supply chain on a nationwide basis.

Typically operating at end of vehicle contract BCAL Logistics inspects & collects in excess of 600,000 vehicles per annum making it the largest provider of these services within the sector with further growth planned.

Main Responsibilities:

Inspect vehicles to set customer standards, using mobile computer technology.
Take images of damage as required, dependant on customer inspection standard, review images to confirm quality.
Have the ability to undertake, organise and carry out inspections on a daytoday basis.
Handle all Inspection equipment in a safe and proper manner.
Provide a professional level of customer service to both internal and external customers, this includes carrying out demonstrations of inspection process
Liaise closely with site personnel and maintain regular contact with line manager.
Remain uptodate on customer inspection process and standards.
Take care and responsibility of all vehicles in your care, reporting immediately any accidents.
Ensure that all operations are carried out within Health and Safety guidelines.
Carry out other duties as requested by line manager.

Additional Information:

The vehicle inspection activities are almost exclusively undertaken outdoors. This means the jobholder necessarily spends most of their time exposed to all weather conditions.
