Jenson Fisher is excited to be recruiting an HR Coordinator on behalf of our well-established client on a full-time temporary basis (with the possibility of becoming a permanent position).

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join the successful business As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for all stages of the employee lifecycle, providing accurate and efficient HR services for the company while working in partnership with the HR Manager.

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking full responsibility for the HR mailbox
  • Dealing with all HR queries
  • Providing administration support within the business (holiday requests, recording sickness, absences etc.)
  • Assisting with the recruitment process from the start to finish
  • Coordinating recruitment campaigns
  • Updating Employee Handbook
  • Preparing accurate and timely monthly payroll data
  • Checking right to work
  • Maintaining HR records and systems
  • Managing relationship with employees and managers
  • Assisting in the management of employee benefit scheme
  • Setting up recruitment and training events
  • Reviewing company policies
  • Filing employment contracts
  • Creating statistical reports
  • Complying with current legislation and data protection guidelines
  • Other general admin duties

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm


Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
