Permanent, Part time, 25 hours per week.

Are you passionate about helping individuals gain more control over their lives? Do you thrive in collaborating with a variety of professionals and resources to enhance people's skills and self-assurance? If yes, then embarking on a role as a Reablement Support Worker could be the ideal fit for you.
Rotherham Reablement Service is dedicated to assisting individuals in the community to acquire new skills or boost their confidence in daily tasks.
The individuals we support may have undergone a period of poor health or experienced changes in their circumstances, requiring short-term assistance to regain their previous level of independence.
Our approach differs from conventional home care as we focus on empowering individuals to become self-sufficient rather than having tasks done for them.
Reablement Support Workers visit individuals in their homes and offer direct assistance.
This may involve aiding with daily routines like personal hygiene and meal preparation, as well as guiding them to engage with local community organizations.
Our objective is to enhance individuals' overall well-being, enabling them to lead fulfilling, healthy, and autonomous lives.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and have been rated 'good,' although our aspiration is to achieve an 'outstanding' status.
The dedication and dedication of our team - hopefully including you - will contribute to our future success.
We are seeking to appoint Reablement Support Workers for a 25-hour workweek.
You will receive a uniform and access to an RMBC vehicle, possibly serving the entire Rotherham borough.
Travel is a fundamental aspect of this role, and while owning a car is not mandatory, incumbents are expected to travel across the Rotherham Borough within a reasonable timeframe.
Our service operates from 7 am to 10 pm every day, necessitating shift work on a consistent schedule.

The successful candidates will become part of a supportive and driven team that values continuous learning and closely collaborates with other professionals in the region.
Full training and onboarding are provided, along with regular supervision and team gatherings.
