The role:


What will you do:

The eDiscovery Coordinator will provide assistance to the eDiscovery team across various projects, in various capacities, including (but not limited to):

  • Relativity (technology platform) support;
  • Logging all client media and maintaining the media database;
  • Overseeing the recruitment and administration of temporary paralegals;
  • Managing timesheets and invoices associated with temporary paralegals;
  • Development of M&BD collateral in conjunction with the head of department and M&BD lead
  • Managing department invoices for eDiscovery services; and
  • Assisting the team with administrative and operational support.
  • To support the development and implementation of the firm's eDiscovery Solutions strategy.

What we are looking for:


Education/Experience/Qualifications

  • Degree educated or equivalent experience (law highly desirable)
  • Understanding of litigation support and ediscovery technologies (preferable)
  • Experience in a litigation support/professional services type role delivering high quality client services is preferable

Technical Skills/Knowledge

  • Relativity (highly desirable, but not essential)
  • MS Office suite of products
  • MS Excel (Intermediate and above preferred)
  • PDF document standards
  • Ability to understand and work with complex databases
