An exciting opportunity for a Complaints Advisor to join a well established award winning Technical provider, based in Salford Quays.

You will be working within the resolutions department, managing and resolving customer queries, working within a fast paceenvironment.

Duties of the Complaints Advisor will be:

  • Identify the root cause of issue and look for areas to improve on
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Supporting customers with a resolution
  • Taking ownership
- working effectively & in a timely manner

  • Understand the customers view points
  • Working collaboratively with all areas of the business

Profile
The successful Complaints Advisor will have the below skills:

  • To understand customer requirements. responding with professionalism and effectively use your organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to targets & deadlines
  • Previously worked within customer resolution management
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills
  • Ability to negotiate & offer resolution
  • Resilient
