Job Role:

We are looking for a bright, multiskilled, and eager individual to join our front of house team.

You will be working at a newly refurbished office complex in the centre of Bath 5 days a week Monday to Friday, as part of a two man team offering the best front of house service to lots of local business's.

Monday to Friday 4pm to 7pm

  • Ensuring the safety of the building's occupants and visitors.
  • Providing the main initial contact for visitors to the building.
  • Liaison with Tenants on a daytoday basis offering an efficient friendly interface.
  • Monitor the facilities to meet ALL regulations and guidelines ensuring that the premises are in compliance with all applicable legislations, and report to management if they are not.
  • Handle any problems / complaints from the occupants effectively.
  • Monitor the performance of all contractors working on site, both Spacecare staff and other specialist / general contractors.
  • Maintaining records regarding all mandatory and nonmandatory inspections.
  • Operation and control of the building management system (Job logic)
  • Oversee Security, Cleaning and Waste Services and all other services within the building.
  • Carrying out building inspections and assemble a prioritized reactive maintenance list to be sent to management.
  • Assemble regular and ad hoc reports as required by the client from time to time.
  • Organise regular tenant activities and events.
  • Continually evaluate our offering to tenants and innovate the front of house experience for the tenants in the building.
  • Handle and coordinate potential viewings of vacant space.
  • Monthly meter reads.
  • Compile weekly report to be sent to the client.
  • Any other duties deemed to be within your capabilities.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 15 per week


Salary:
£12.00 per hour
