Description

Procures specialised items and executes complex buying strategies in accordance with agreed upon material buying plans at the optimum cost, quality and relationship.

Conducts complex analysis of sourcing information and presents findings to purchasing and supply chain leadership for process improvement while maintaining high quality product and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Independently procures inventory, supplies, and capital goods and arranges timely deliveries.

Analyses complex purchasing initiatives and processes in support of the delivery of cost effective and high quality goods and services.

Prepares and presents recommendations of improvement opportunities and alternative courses of action to senior purchasing/sourcing leadership.
Supports purchasing/sourcing management in activities such as vendor management, industry and market analysis, process analysis, and model building.
Leads analysis projects/initiatives providing coaching to less experienced analysts.
Develop effective relationships with vendors and suppliers favorable for company business.
May manage capacity, delivery and issue resolution projects.
Management and execution of engineering releases.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Salary:
