LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR

SALARY £25k-£35k DOE

They are looking for an enthusiastic Logistics Administrator to join their rapidly growing team in the UK. Ifyou are looking for a job in a dynamic environment, you have come to the right place


Duties:


  • Ensure documents are accurately completed
  • Responsible for regularly conducting inventory counts and verifying information
  • Preparing logistics documents associated with exporting of goods
  • Provide support for field sales team
  • Provide support for customers
  • Sales order processing in SAP
  • Booking orders
  • Confirming orders to customers
  • Providing order details / stock information
  • Checking product availabilities and delivery times
  • Providing transport costs to clients
  • Follow the complete order process through to on time delivery to the customer:
  • After sales activities
  • Daytoday communication with customers
  • Logistics coordination
  • Ensuring a positive customer journey
  • Relevant degree/qualification or equivalent business experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales administration / inside sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with main IT packages, SAP Enterprise, Outlook, MS Teams, CRM (Salesforce)
