Are you a looking for a new challenge?


St Helena hospice has a new opportunity for a customer service assistant to join our retail team at our Donation Centre in Stanway.


The main priorities of this role are:

  • To represent St Helena in a front facing role at our donation centre.
  • To provide excellent customer service at our busy donation drop off point, by meeting and greeting our customers and receiving their donations, along with identifying if saleable and redirecting in a polite and positive way if not.
This post is for 22.5 hours a week.
