Are you a looking for a new challenge?

St Helena hospice has a new opportunity for a customer service assistant to join our retail team at our Donation Centre in Stanway.

The main priorities of this role are:

To represent St Helena in a front facing role at our donation centre.
To provide excellent customer service at our busy donation drop off point, by meeting and greeting our customers and receiving their donations, along with identifying if saleable and redirecting in a polite and positive way if not.

This post is for 22.5 hours a week.
