A Good Ofsted Local Authority in Berkshire are looking for a Supervising Social Worker on a locum basis for their Family Placement Team

Responsibilities held within this team include the supervision of foster carers as well as the assessment of potential carers. Assessments are done on a rota basis among all workers on the team so will be allocated to someone new each time.

The role is a mixture of mainstream and kinship/connected carers.

  • Professional Qualification in Social Care and registration with Social Work England
  • Relevant experience within Fostering
