Joining this dynamic team as an
Oil & Gas Consulting Manager will provide you with the opportunity on working with global leaders within the Oil & Gas industry enabling their digital transformation journey.

As an Oil & Gas Consulting Manager, you will:

Manage internal and external stakeholders and the resources assigned to the project
Be the first point of contact for any escalation on the project and the team
Gather the set requirements and agree on resources needed and governance on project
Execute all projects within the CTQ parameters and benefit targets using established processes, controls and support tools
Assist with onboarding of resources, performance monitoring and reviews and seek continuous improvements
Appreciate the need to move towards a more DevOps operating model for the future
Mentor and develop juniors within the team with a focus on business outcomes

The Oil & Gas Consulting Manager skillset will be:

Experience within another top tier consulting practice
Robust understanding of Salesforce or SAP or D365 systems
Ability to identify dependencies, risk and manage them in advance
Experience in leading on consulting engagements in one or more of the oil and gas domain such as: Digital Customer Experience, EPC, Upstream, Energy transition, Risk management, Retail operations and Trading
Excellent communication skills with an analytical mindset being able to solve complex problems
Proven experience in managing full lifecycle transformation projects as a lead team member in a consulting engagement
