Hours - 0800am - 1700hrs
- Monday
- Friday with a rotational Saturday
We are incredibly excited to be partnering with a UK Leading delivery service business.
Our client really is in the peak of their operation, they are flourishing in every aspect, and being rewarded and recognised for it.
You will be joining a team with the aim of driving improvement through analysis and support, working closely with their operations and customer service teams to identify and manage on the road failures, retrospectively investigate those failures, and providereports to aid future prevention.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Check routes throughout the day to identify failures and report these to customers and internal recipients.
- Generate reports and share daily.
- Acting as an overflow for their other customer service centre, taking calls to support wait times where necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service to their partners and stakeholders
- Continuously look for ways to improve services.
- Support with operational administrative tasks
- Ensure all late/failed deliveries are captured and reported in a timely manner.
- Providing high end service to manage escalated calls before reaching complaint stage.
- Compile reports on a regular basis
- Carry out GDPR checks where necessary and assist the Office Manager to ensure targets are met.
- Good level of customer services
- Logistics/Operational experience desired
- Strong communication skills at all levels, with the ability to appropriately challenge.
- A confident problem solver, using initiative to resolve issues as they arise.
- Dedicated team player
- Strong IT skills and good working knowledge of Excel
- Positive can do attitude, with the mindset of one team
