V3 recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well-established and hugely successful retail brand based in Havant and due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Advisor to join their alreadysuccessful team.
Hours of work - are 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8;45-17:15 this will also include weekend working (alternating, one on one off)£10.25 per hour
Key Responsibilities
You will manage return related enquiries
You will assist with unsatisfied customers and complaints if necessary
You will liaise with third parties both internally and externally to manage any issued related to customer deliveries and orders
Process orders onto the in-house system
Complete general administration
Key Skills / Experience
Previous good customer service experience (Call Centre is desirable although not essential)
Have good attention to detail and Accuracy
Will be able to work to deadlines and targets
Be available to start Immediately and commit on an ongoing temporary basis
START DATE ASAP
Salary:
£10.25 per hour
