More about your role


Within this role you will undertake Health and safety audits and provide health, safety and compliance advice to help colleagues and customers within Places Management which includes our trades and landscaping services.

You will support the team to deliver continuous improvement, providing ideas to achieve quality and health, safety and compliance of the current working practices whilst making recommendations and leading change throughout.


  • Key responsibilities for this role would include (not exhaustive):
  • Risk assessment creation and review
  • Procedure creation and review
  • Incident and accident analysis and investigation
  • Report production and presentation


This role is agile however includes travel to services across the Midlands and South, with occasional travel to other regions as requested by your line manager.

You should remain up to date with any changes in legislation / new initiatives / best practice in Quality, Health, Safety and Compliance and provide recommendations on areas for improvement.

More about you


This is a brilliant time to be joining the team you will be a dynamic Health and Safety Professional with NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent qualifications (working towards will also be considered) and have ideally a background and knowledge of working within the Housing industry to support the needs of the team.

You will be flexible in your approach to work and be able to 'hit the ground running' with ideas and creativity around th_e role.
