Our client has a brilliant new opportunity for an eager client services consultant to join their team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Finplan/Bluecoat reviewed and kept up to date tracking and monitoring each stage of the protection booking process.
  • Liaise with clients, mortgage brokers and protection advisers ensuring all clients are contacted in the necessary time frame.
  • Organising the diaries of all protection advisers, speaking to the clients to arrange meetings, setting up the diary entry and following with up when needed.
  • Be able to work at an efficient level of productivity including, call numbers and appointment booking that are required and set out by management.

Qualifications

  • 1 year's minimum experience in a client/customer services position.
  • Good knowledge of the buying process.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated software
  • Previous experience of Bluecoat/Finplan is an advantage but not essential, training will be given.

This is a new role and actively hiring

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
