Client Services Administrator - London, United Kingdom - Coast Partnership
Description
Our client has a brilliant new opportunity for an eager client services consultant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Finplan/Bluecoat reviewed and kept up to date tracking and monitoring each stage of the protection booking process.
- Liaise with clients, mortgage brokers and protection advisers ensuring all clients are contacted in the necessary time frame.
- Organising the diaries of all protection advisers, speaking to the clients to arrange meetings, setting up the diary entry and following with up when needed.
- Be able to work at an efficient level of productivity including, call numbers and appointment booking that are required and set out by management.
Qualifications
- 1 year's minimum experience in a client/customer services position.
- Good knowledge of the buying process.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated software
- Previous experience of Bluecoat/Finplan is an advantage but not essential, training will be given.
This is a new role and actively hiring
Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
