Person Specification Educated to masters level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in relevant specialist area Demonstrable experience of collaborative working across disciplines and professional and organisational boundaries with a range of stakeholders in a leadership role, including experience of delivering results through the development and management of teams to ensure success and use a range of levers in the absence of direct line management responsibility Proven leadership experience in successfully planning, commissioning and transforming health services at scale, in particular mental health services.
