TEMPORARY ROLE TO COVER 6 MONTHS MATERNITY, COULD BE EXTENDED

DENTAL RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Our Client is looking for a
Dental Receptionist to join their friendly
Mixed NHS/Private practice in Addlestone, Surrey.


The practice is a modern 3
surgery practice, independently owned in an urban area of Addlestone and newly established since 2018.

Close proximity to
local shops and public transport links - Addlestone Station a 10 minute walk from the Practice. Local amenities include Tesco Extra, Waitrose as well as restaurants/cafes such as Greggs Bakery.

The Practice boasts
modern dental technology and a
diverse team of staff.

They are looking for a friendly receptionist to join their team who can provide
excellent customer services to their longstanding patients.

Job Spec:

Dental Receptionist (experience of 1 year):


  • Full Time (Monday to Friday):

Hours pm (37.

5 hours a week):

Lunch time (1-2pm):

From £10/hour dependent on experience and skill set:


  • Dental Nursing Experience (desirable -occasional cover)

Duties include

  • Greeting patients and checking them in for appointments
  • Using Practice Software System to manage patient appointments (rebook, rearrange, cancel)
  • Answering telephone enquiries and responding efficiently and professionally
  • Admin roles: printing/scanning patient forms
  • Handling cash and card payments and end of day reconciliation
  • Compliance: completing audit trails and ordering stock

  • Dental Nursing Experience (essential but not required)

Job Types:

Salary:
From £10.00 per hour

  • Addlestone: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
