As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to both employees and management.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


  • Handling employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Providing advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to address HRrelated issues and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
