Responsibilities
As a Assistant Signalling Designer, you'll be working within the Infrastructure Rail team, supporting with Engineering, technical input, design, reviewing and reporting.
Your day to day will include:
- To assist in the production of signalling design in accordance with your competency level.
- Use of Microstation CAD software and working on sepia records
- Conform to May Gurney internal corporate rules, processes and/or procedures.
- To gather evidence and work towards an IRSE Designer's licence, and maintain an IRSE log book which will be reviewed on a yearly basis.
- To assist with the management of signalling records
What do we need from you?
This role of Assistant Signalling Designer is great for you if:
- Hold an IRSE Licence or demonstrate that working towards licence.
- Up to date IRSE Log Book.
- Experience in lineside location design for LED/Filament Signals and V/EBI Track circuits
