We're looking to employ a pro-active
IPAF & PASMA Instructor for a
full time position at our Training Centre in Hemel Hempstead.


CDC Group is one of the leading construction & engineering training providers in South East, with an excellent reputation for quality, affordability and flexibility, trading for over 8 years.

Hemel Hempstead, HP3 9HD


Salary:
£42,000 - £45,000 (DOE) plus £5,000 car allowance or company vehicle provided


About the Role:


  • Delivering training to a required high standard (

IPAF:
Harness HA, HU, HI and categories 1B, 3A, 3B) & (


PASMA:
Towers for Users, Combined with Low-Level & Towers for Managers)

  • Ensuring the Health and Safety of all delegates participating in training
  • Undertaking and ensuring that all relevant paperwork is in place, ordered in a timely manner, checking stock, filled out correctly and submitted for processing in a timely fashion
  • Preparation of training areas ready for delegates to arrive

Essential Skills:


  • IPAF & PASMA Instructor Licence (PASMA Licence can be working towards)
  • Excellent communicator and strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, organised, selfmotivated and good time management
  • Full driving licence
  • Professionalism, reliability and flexibility are a MUST
  • Additional Languages Spoken (Romanian/Ukrainian/Russian) desirable but not mandatory
