Change Manager


A fresh and exciting chance has arisen for a Change Manager to become part of a growing team that helps the one of UK's largest charities.

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of a new project - a cloud-based solution that includes a Data Hub (data extraction/transformation and data repository), a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, and reporting tools.


Importantly, these new systems will also drive and embed a better data culture within the charity in terms of how supporter data is understood, collected, and managed in a compliant manner.


You will be leading a huge programme for one of the biggest charities in the UK

Skills that are required for theCRM Analyst
are:

  • Experienced working with 3rd party suppliers (CRM + Data Hub)
  • Great Understanding of CRM.
  • Great Stakeholder management
  • A good understanding of Data stacks.

Salary:
£47,735 - £52,509


Location:
Remote (London based office space available)
