Your role at Vertice:


Responsibilities:


  • Train and mentor members of the BDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s to ensure continuous improvement in performance and abilities of BDR Team members.
  • Plan and execute hiring and onboarding processes for new BDRs.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Gen team, offering insights and feedback on inbound leads and other marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with Sales and BDR Leadership to enhance opportunity management and qualification processes.
  • Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment.
  • Flexibility things change around here. FAST.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years in a Business Development environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
  • Extensive experience using Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Experience using Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Cognism.
  • Record of adaptability and ability to move fast under uncertainty.
  • Have intrinsic motivation, positive attitude, and leadership as well as strong communication skills and charisma.
  • Be organised, accountable, and an autodidact.
  • Have a record of success within an BDR/SDR function.
  • Previous experience working within the SaaS industry.
