School Transport - Driver

Hours and times of Work:
Monday to Thursday 7.45am-9.45am & 2.00pm-3.45pm Term Time only Rate of pay: £10.00 per hour 16 hours per week

Navigators is a dynamic Alternative Education Provider based in Salford & Manchester, working with the most vulnerable children to support their academic and social development.

We are currently looking for a committed and reliable minibus driver to support an important part of the school day.

The successful applicant will be empathetic and caring to the needs of the children and ensure pupil safety during each journey is of paramount importance.

Along with the school transport assistant you will ensure all pupils arrive on time at the designated times, traffic dependent.

You should have a good knowledge of the areas, routes and estimated journey times of the designated pick-ups and drop offs.

The post holder will report to the Head of Centre.

Essential:

Full clean UK Driving Licence

Desired:

Additional driving qualifications

Experience of driving public service vehicles

Experience of working with vulnerable children
