Recruitment Advisor

Salary:
Up to £27k per annum, plus incentive structure, salary dependent on experience

40 hours per week, flexible working hours available (including some remote, home working)


We're looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our dedicated in-house Recruitment Team at our
Support Centre, Colten House, in Ringwood, with occasional travel to our luxury care homes across
Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and WestSussex.

This is no ordinary recruitment job


You'll assist our busy Recruitment Team to attract, recruit and retain the best talent to care for our residents, making a meaningful difference to their lives every day.


About you


You'll have a genuine passion for your job, ideally with proven experience as a professional recruitment consultant or in-house recruiter.

You're adept at prioritising tasks and working efficiently on your own initiative within a competitive and fast-paced environment. You'll demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills, with a superb telephone manner. You'll have an analyticalmind and an enthusiastic and proactive approach. This role can include some remote, home working, along with an attractive incentive structure.
