We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with their inquiries, providing accurate information about products or services
- Handle customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Up sell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service
Qualifications:
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to sell products or services effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone

Salary:
From £23,874.00 per year
