Description

We are looking to recruit a Telesales Operative to join our Food Distribution Company based in Suffolk. Working from home, you will be responsible for various Telesales and other administration tasks. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

Hours of work: Sunday to Thursday_

Monday to Thursday 12:00pm to 5:00pm &_ _8:00pm to 11:00pm_
Sunday 8:00pm to 11:00pm_

Salary:
_ _£20,000_

Main Duties will include:

Taking customer orders
Meeting sales targets & increasing current sales
Processing orders through our software system
Dealing with customer queries
Generate new business by cold calling
Holiday cover for other telesales team members
Must speak either Cantonese or Mandarin and communicate well in English
Confidence in speaking to customers over the telephone
I.T. literate

Location:
Ideally you will be based within our distribution region - East Anglia, Essex or Cambridgeshire.
